Privacy: what is written down, and what never is
A booking desk has to remember a few things for a few weeks. This page says exactly which things, for how long, and what is deliberately never recorded at all.
The short version: a first name, a date, a hotel and a length. Nothing else, and none of it goes anywhere.
What the diary holds
Whatever name you give, which does not have to be your full one, the date and time of the evening, the length booked, and the hotel or street. That is what Etta needs to run a diary and it is the whole of it.
A room number is held only long enough for the evening to happen and is not written into the record afterwards. Messages sit in the WhatsApp or Telegram thread you sent them in, and you can delete your side of that at any time.
What is never recorded
No financial details of any kind, because this site handles no money. No documents, no photographs of guests, no notes about anybody's appearance or conversation, and no list that survives a booking for the purpose of marketing at you later.
Nobody here keeps a file on a guest. There is a diary, and when the evening has happened the entry stops mattering.
How long it is kept
Diary entries are cleared roughly a month after the evening. Message threads last as long as you leave them on your own device. Nothing is archived beyond that and there is no backup of a diary sitting somewhere for years.
If you would like your entry removed before the month is up, ask and it goes that day. You do not need a reason and you will not be asked for one.
Who else sees anything
Your companion is told a first name, a time, a hotel and a room number, because she is the one arriving. Nobody else on this desk needs any of it and nobody outside it receives any of it.
Nothing is sold, shared or passed to another company under any circumstances. Hotels are told nothing at all, ever, and are never contacted by this desk for any reason.
The channels themselves
Messages reach us on WhatsApp or Telegram, and both are run by companies with their own privacy terms which are worth reading if the question matters to you. Neither is claimed here as the only way to reach the desk, and whichever you choose is fine.
This site does not put anything about you in a web address, a link or a page parameter. What this site stores in your own browser is set out on cookies.
Asking us anything
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and the answer comes back the same week. Write to the desk on either channel. There is no form to complete and no account to close, because you never had one.
