Cookies, and the very short list of what this site stores
This site is close to static and stores almost nothing. Nothing that identifies you, nothing about a booking, and nothing at all until you have said yes to the part that is optional.
The necessary part
One small record of whether you have answered the cookie question, so that the banner stops appearing on every page. It holds a yes or a no and nothing else, it sits in your own browser, and it is not shared with anybody.
The optional part
Basic visitor counting, which tells us which pages get read and which do not. It runs only if you agree first, it is switched off entirely until then, and refusing costs you nothing: every page on this site works identically either way.
What it records is a page and a rough moment in time. It does not record who you are, and no data from this site is ever combined with anything from anywhere else.
How to change your mind
Clear the site data in your browser and the question comes back on your next visit, so you can answer it the other way. Your browser can also block everything from this site outright, which we neither prevent nor mind.
Nothing about a booking is ever kept in a cookie. Messages to the desk go through WhatsApp or Telegram and are held there, on the terms set out in privacy.
