About Danielle
Danielle carries herself like someone who has never once been flustered by a departure board. She is 170 cm, curvy, and stands very straight, which makes her read taller than she measures. Long black hair, straight, usually tied back until the evening proper begins. Brown eyes. She dresses for a hotel rather than a photograph: good dark fabric, a coat with a real collar, and shoes that will get her across a wet car park without drama.
Late twenties, English, and direct in a way people find restful after a day of being handled politely by staff. She is interested in what you actually do rather than the job title version of it. She is calm about delays, cancellations and rebooked flights, because she has heard about all of them and none of it is your fault. Her humour is dry and arrives late.
Colnbrook is her patch, and her evenings often begin at The Ostrich Inn on the High Street, which has been serving travellers on this road for centuries and still looks it. It is a strange and rather good place to start a night three minutes from Terminal 5. Her own flat is in South Kensington, and the Piccadilly line drops her at T5 before a short ride north, which is why airport evenings run to three hours as a minimum with the travel counted inside them.
Everything she does out here begins from Colnbrook, and that page has the hotel belt on it. £250 opens an hour, the airport figures are on rates, and booking wants a terminal and a landing time.

Booking her
Airport evenings run to three hours as a minimum and the travel sits inside that, so Danielle would rather you sent a flight number than a guess. Etta will confirm the window once your landing time is real.
Her figures are the figures every companion here works to, printed in full on the rates page, and the order a booking runs in is set out on the booking page.

An evening with Danielle
Colnbrook is a village with a motorway draped over it, and Danielle treats that as a feature. If you have an hour before dinner she will walk you down the High Street and show you how old the place actually is, which takes about ten minutes and changes how the evening feels. Then it is the hotel, and she is good at hotels: she knows which bars here still have someone behind them at eleven and which ones quietly shut at ten. Conversation is unhurried and adult, mostly about work and travel and the peculiar life of people who live three days a week in rooms they did not choose. She goes when the evening is done, not when the clock says so, and she arranges her own car back towards the terminal.
Danielle, three questions
01How close is Colnbrook to Terminal 5, really?
Under ten minutes by car on a normal evening, and about forty on foot if you are stubborn. People overestimate it badly.
02What should a guest sort out before you arrive?
Dinner. The kitchens around here close earlier than airport time suggests, and nobody enjoys a vending machine at midnight.
03Do delays ruin a booking?
Rarely. Tell Etta as soon as you know and we move it. I have rebuilt more evenings around a late inbound than I can count.
